Bank has set up a new streamlined process for their short sales.
They are taking the lead in creating this process for homeowners with
Wachovia and World Savings loans to stop the amount of foreclosures, and to
dramatically speed up the time of short sale approvals.
Typical short sales can drag on for months, with the constant need to
provide financial documents through out the process. Under the Fast Track
program, no hardship letters, taxes, paystubs are required!

A Foreclosure will severely damage your credit rating for seven years.
Wachovia will forgive all deficiences and report “settled for less than
owed” to the credit agencies after the short sale is completed – the least
